Products & Orders

Payments

Orders must be paid through the payment methods available at checkout. An order is considered confirmed after successful payment authorization.

Shipping

Sovira currently delivers within India. Products are freshly prepared, so orders may take 5–7 business days to be dispatched. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the delivery partner.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
