We currently deliver orders within India only.

Order Processing & Dispatch

As Sovira products are freshly prepared, your order may take 5–7 business days to be dispatched after order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking link/details so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the delivery/courier partner and the destination. Any delays after dispatch are subject to the courier partner's delivery schedule.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not use the product and contact us at care@soviraskincare.com with photographs/videos of the package.
