Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping charges: Orders below ₹299 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹59. Orders of ₹299 and above qualify for free shipping.

Processing & dispatch: As SOVIRA products are freshly prepared, orders may take 5–7 business days to be dispatched after order confirmation.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide the tracking link/details.

Delivery after dispatch: Delivery time depends on the delivery/courier partner and destination. Delays after dispatch are subject to the courier partner's delivery schedule.

Damaged or tampered package: Do not use the product. Contact care@soviraskincare.com with photographs/videos of the package.
