Because SOVIRA products are personal-care products, hygiene and safety are important.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect product selection when the product/package was delivered sealed and in proper condition.

Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return.

Damaged, tampered, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a broken/tampered package, defective or damaged product, incorrect product, materially different product, or a missing item, contact care@soviraskincare.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider timelines and applicable law.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be accepted only if the order has not already been processed for dispatch, subject to applicable law. Once dispatched, the applicable return/refund provisions apply.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
