Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, contact care@soviraskincare.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

A cancellation request can be accepted only if the order has not already been processed for dispatch, subject to applicable law.

If the order has already been dispatched, the request will be handled under the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
